Meet Ralph!

He was transferred to us from a local shelter. He was found in a box, covered in urine and completely matted (see below for a picture of the condition he was brought to the shelter in). He waited at the shelter for an owner to claim him but no one ever did, so here he is!

He is estimated to be around 3 years old, weighs 12 pounds, is up to date on all vaccines and neutered.
