Meet Tino!

Tino came from a very terrible hoarding situation in a house with over 60 dogs along with Amor. He was terrified of people when he first arrived to the shelter, so we stepped in to help give him a safe place to learn how to be a dog. After a few months, he has completely transformed into a much more trusting pup. He was adopted as a foster fail!
